Sustainable modular home design with Nordic aesthetic

This sustainable modular home was recently completed by Koto Design in the Cotswolds. It took two years from the release of the renders to the finished home.  The minimal, but strong modular home design remains mindful of nature and the environment.

There is a certain stillness of the entire house that simply invites you to unwind. It is an  upside-down type of home was created to take advantage of the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The team at Koto Design strongly believe in  creating simple, functional and flexible homes to embrace slow living. That is exactly what they did with this home.

A sense of calm and serenity is present throughout the space due to the mix of organic materials and soft color palette. Texture was added in the form natural fabrics, woven rugs, and textured plaster walls for an extra touch of homeliness.

A true oasis ready to create memories in!
