Modern home with industrial touches in Buenos Aires

Architects Sofía Calvaresi and Agustina Servide from Estudio Florida breathe new life into this century-old Argentinean flat. The result? A modern and stylish home. This beauty is located in a 1920s building in Buenos Aires. The owners, Jésica and Hernán asked for the space to be opened up to the courtyard to allow direct access to the outdoors. In addition, an extra floor was added above the existing one, creating more space.

The decor is brought out by the iron and glass windows, old brick wall of the patio, which lend an industrial vibe with natural tones that make it a great urban oasis. Working together with interior designer Karina Contini, they succeeded in bringing this flat into modern times.
